Course Description
This one day AI course will focus on:
- theory and development of computer systems
- the key technology blocks that enable AI (the "AI Stack")
- how AI impacts industry
- the engineering challenges in the field.
The course is designed for all audiences. No prior experience is required. The day will also include robot demonstrations and tours of CMU’s Robotics Institute.
Throughout the entire course — taught by Carnegie Mellon's world-famous AI faculty — instructors underscore the large role ethics plays in artificial intelligence and how it underpins decision-making at all levels. Plus you’ll gain firsthand experience of Carnegie Mellon's AI work through lab tours.
Carnegie Mellon University — one of the places where AI was invented — understands the obligation to study and create new frontiers in AI and takes that obligation seriously. CMU has spent decades building a culture where people care about using technology to solve real problems. The result? One of the world’s largest collections of experts determined to build things that help humans.
As Carnegie Mellon leads the AI charge into the 21st century, they also understand the responsibility to share their AI experience and knowledge with the world. That’s why ARM is offering our members an exclusive discount to participate in CMU's course in Artificial Intelligence.
